# Why can't I log in with SSO?

If you're unable to log in to Talview using *SSO (Single Sign-On)*, it could be due to an unrecognized email address, a missing SSO configuration, or a browser issue. This can prevent you from accessing your account using your company credentials. In this article, you will find the most common causes and fixes to complete your SSO login successfully.

| You're not on the **Login** tab               | Make sure the **Login** tab is selected before entering your email address.                                                                                                 |
| You're using a personal email address         | SSO only works with your official company email address. Re-enter your company email and click **Continue**.                                                                |
| You didn't receive the verification code      | Check your spam or junk folder. <br />If it's not there, wait for the resend timer to expire and click **Resend code**.                                                     |
| Your verification code has expired            | Verification codes are time sensitive. <br />Return to the login page and request a new one.                                                                                |
| You're selecting the wrong account            | If multiple accounts are linked to your email, make sure you select the right one on the **Pick an account** screen. <br />If you're unsure, check with your administrator. |
| The **Login with SSO** button isn't appearing | SSO may not be enabled for your account. <br />Contact your administrator to enable it.                                                                                     |
| Your browser is causing issues                | Clear your browser cache and cookies. <br />Try logging in on a different browser.                                                                                          |
