# Why is the Preview button disabled?

If the **Preview** button at the top right of the Form Editor appears disabled and you can't click it on Talview's Admin platform, this is usually because the form doesn't have any content yet. In this article, you'll learn why this happens and how to enable it.

| You added content but the button is still disabled | 1. The change may not have been saved yet.
2. Click somewhere else on the canvas and wait for the **✓ Saved** indicator to appear in the header.
3. Then try clicking **Preview** again. |
| A temporary loading issue is preventing the button from activating | 1. Press `Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows)` or `Command + Shift + R (Mac)` to do a hard reload.
2. Reopen the form from the Forms list and check if the button is now active. |

  **Additional Tips**

The **Preview** button only becomes active once the form has at least one field or block of content on the canvas. This is by design to prevent previewing an empty form.
