# Why can't the Admin see the forms section in the navigation bar?

If you can't find the **Forms** entry in the side navigation on Talview's Admin platform, you won't be able to access the Form Builder to create or manage forms. This typically happens due to account access level or role configuration. In this article, you'll find the most common causes and how to resolve them.
