# Why are previously created forms missing from the list?

If forms you've previously created are not appearing in the Forms list on Talview's Admin platform, it doesn't necessarily mean they've been deleted. This usually happens when the list is being narrowed by an active search query, filter, or pagination setting. In this article, you'll find the most common causes and how to resolve them.

### 🔎 Troubleshooting common issues

| A search query is still active in the search bar            | Check the **Search** bar at the top right of the Forms list. If there's text in it, clear it to return to the full list.                                                                                                                                   |
| Filters are applied and hiding some forms                   | Check whether a *filter tag* is showing below the header (for example, "Status Includes any Draft"). Click **Clear all** at the top right to remove all active filters.                                                                                    |
| You're on the wrong page                                    | 1. Check the pagination controls at the bottom of the table. <br />2. You may be on page 2 or 3 while the form you're looking for is on a different page. <br />3. Navigate between pages or increase the **Rows per page** to display more forms at once. |
| The Rows per page setting is too low                        | 1. If Rows per page is set to 5 or 10, some forms may be hidden on later pages. <br />2. Click the **Rows per page** dropdown and select a higher number to see more forms on a single page.                                                               |
| Your account can only see forms you have permission to view | 1. Depending on your organisation's configuration, you may only see forms you created or forms within your permission scope. <br />2. Contact your organisation admin to confirm whether form visibility is restricted to your account.                    |

  **Additional Tips**

  Before assuming a form is missing, try clearing the search bar, removing all filters, and setting Rows per page to the highest option. This gives you the complete, unfiltered view of all forms in your organisation.
