# How to attempt a proctored SCORM package

> Once the proctored SCORM package has been configured and made available, test takers can follow these steps to attempt it.

## Steps

**1. Launch the SCORM package**

* Log in to your **Totara LMS** account.
* Navigate to the course that contains the proctored SCORM package, & click **Start.**

**2. Begin pre-flight checks**

* Click **Begin** to start the **Proctoring Pre-Flight Checks**.
* Once all checks are passed, you will automatically proceed to the SCORM package.

**3. Attempt the SCORM test**

* Complete all items in the SCORM package as usual.
* When finished, click **Stop Proctoring** at the top right of the screen.

**4. End the proctoring session**

* A confirmation message will appear.
* Review the message carefully and click **OK** to confirm and end your proctoring session.
