# Forms Application Missing from Platform Dashboard

If you’re unable to see the **Forms** application on your Talview dashboard, it’s likely due to permission restrictions or plan limitations. Use the checklist below to identify and resolve the issue.

## ✅ Common Causes and Fixes

| **Forms is not included in your organization’s plan** | Contact your internal Talview Admin or reach out to **Talview Support** to confirm whether the **Forms** module is enabled for your account. |
| **You don’t have permission to access Forms**         | Only users with \*\*Admin \*\*role can access and create Forms. Ask another Admin to verify your role and **assign you the admin role**.     |
| **Platform dashboard didn’t load completely**         | Try **refreshing the page**, clearing your browser cache, or opening in an **incognito window**.                                             |
| **You recently got access to Forms**                  | If access was just enabled, try logging out and back in, or **wait a few minutes** for the change to reflect.                                |
| **Logged into the wrong account**                     | Double-check if you’re logged into the correct **organization workspace**. Logout and re-login if needed.                                    |
